AUTHORIZING UEZ ADMINISTRATION
BUDGET FOR FY2022
AERE AS, the Borough of Carteret, an Urban Community, participates with the State
New Jersey in the UEZ Program which utilizes 1% of the 3 %a% sales tax in the
ninistration of this program; and
SEAS, the administration budget anticipated UEZ assistance in the amount of

the funds shall be used to subsidize the administrative costs of the UEZ
)W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Council of the Borough
Carteret hereby approves submission of said UEZ budget for the FY 2022.
