AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR
FERRY TERMINAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RE, AS, the Borough of Carteret is interested in soliciting bid proposals for the
Terminal Improvement Project; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
:ret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to
prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise
for receipt of bids based upon the same for the Ferry Terminal
Improvement Project.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Department and the Borough Director of Engineering.
Adopted this 24'x' day of March, 2022
and certified as a true copy of the
original on March 25, 2022.
