They were voted upon and passed unanimously. The motion passed unanimously. A motion was made and seconded to have the City Staff report on the estimate cost of transportation of water from the lake, whether it be the Blackwell Lake water or other water and existing or new lines to the Golf Course ponds for irrigation purposes. The motion passed unanimously. A motion was made and seconded that the Golf Course Maintenance staff starts working immediately on items on the priority list. The motion passed unanimously. The Chairman reported that there will be an informal gathering at the Clubhouse between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. on Sunday April 19, 1998 for the introduction of the final candidates for the position of Golf Course Superintendent. Staff Report: Mary Clemmer reported that more research needed to be done on the cost to put in a satellite dish for commercial use. Randy McJunkin reported on the condition and status of the maintenance equipment being serviced for the 1998 season. He also stated that he would have two seasonal employees on board starting Monday April 13th, to aid him in preparing the Golf Course for its opening date sometime in May. The issues of the lack of drinking water on the Golf Course during the season and the need for more responsible Marshalling to increase faster play will be discussed at our next meeting. Adjournment: The chair adjoumed at about 7:15 p.m. and noted the next meeting is scheduled for May 13, 1998 at 5:30 p.m.
