This fee estimate outlines the scope and costs of services necessary for CME Associates to administer construction phase services to ensure the timely and successful completion of this capital improvement project. Bids for this project were received on February 14, 2022, with the apparent low bid submitted by P &A Construction in the amount of $2,994,610.65. With this in mind, we offer the following scope of services: Construction Administration Phase Services Our office will provide full time observation of the road improvements for the anticipated contract time including the following services: 1. Attend pre- construction meetings; 2. Coordinate with the contractor to ensure compliance with the final contract documents; 3. Provide assistance with interpretation of contract documents; 4. Review shop drawings; 5. Provide responses to RFI's from contractor and provide design related services on an on -call, as- needed basis; 6.
