DEDICATING CERTAIN DISTRICT LANDS TO PUBLIC OPEN SPACE PURPOSES The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution No. 79-54 the Board of Directors does hereby dedicate for public open space purposes (pursuant to Public Resources Code Sec. 5540) the following lands acquired by District, as the boundaries thereof exist on the present date as listed in Exhibit "1" attached. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * RESOLUTION NO. 80-2 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District on January 23 , 19 80 at a regular/special meeting thereof, by the following vote: AYES: K.
