RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE
DISTRICT. DEDICATING CERTAIN DISTRICT LANDS
TO PUBLIC OPEN SPACE PURPOSES
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open
Space District does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution No. 79-54 the Board
of Directors does hereby dedicate for public open space purposes
(pursuant to Public Resources Code Sec. 5540) the following
lands acquired by District, as the boundaries thereof exist on
the present date as listed in Exhibit "1" attached.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula
Regional Open Space District on January 23

H. Turner and R. Bishop

I, the District Clerk/Deputy District Clerk of the Midpeninsula
Regional Open Space District, hereby certify that_the above is
a true and correct copy of a resolution duly adopted by the Board

above vote.
