RESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
WIIEREAS, Section 8 o£the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231 P.L. 1975,
permits the exclusion oFtbe public flora a meeting in certain circumstances; and
WHEREAS, this public body is oF the opinion that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, liE IT RESOLVEI) by the Mayor and Council of'the
Borough o£Carteret, County of' Middlesex, S{ate of'New Jersey, as f.ollows:
I. The public shall be excluded fi'om attending, discussiug or participating in the
hereinafter specified subject matters.
2. Tile general nature of the subject matter to be discussed is as f'ollows:
Persormel Hatter.
3. It is anticipated at Ibis time that Ibe above stated subject matter will be made
public:
Upon conclusion of the rotter.
4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
