RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 16, 2007
BETWEEN THE STATE OF TEXAS AND THE CITY OF Richland Hills
FOR THE MAINTENANCE, CONTROL, SUPERVISION, AND REGULATION OF .CERTAIN STATE
HIGHWAYS AND/OR PORTIONS OF STATE HIGHWAYS IN THE CITY OF Richland Hills ;
AND PROVIDING FOR THE EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCII., OF THE CITY OF Richland Hills
SECTION 1. That the certain agreement dated FEBRUARY 16, 2007 ,between the State of Texas and
the City of Richland Hills for the maintenance, control, supervision, and regulation of certain
State Highways and/or portions of State Highways in the City of Richland Hills be, and the same
is, hereby approved; and that is hereby authorized to execute
said agreement on behalf of the City of Richland Hills and to transmit the
same to the State of Texas for appropriate action.
