APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF PLENARY RETAIL CONSUMPTION
LIQUOR LICENSE NO. 1201-33-009-608 FOR THE 2021 -2022 LICENSE TERM
PURSUANT TO A SPECLAL RULING
PRE, AS, Pursuant to Resolution No. 02 -21 adopted by the ABC Board of the
ugh of Carteret ( "ABC Board ") on June 25, 2021, Plenary Retail Consumption
.rse No. 1201 -33- 009 -008 ( "License ") held by the Carteret Business Partnership,
was fonnally renewed for the 2021 -2022 Licensure Term; and
HERE AS, the ABC Board was subsequently notified by the New Jersey Division of
,oholic Beverage Control ( "Division ") that a Special Ruling pursuant to the provisions
N.J.S.A. 33: 1 -12.39 was required for the renewal of the aforesaid License for the
d1 -2022 Licensure Term; and
AS, the Licensee, the Carteret Business Partnership, Inc., filed the required
Petition with the Division for the required Special Ruling pursuant to the
s of N.J.S.A. 33: 1- 12.39; and
WHEREAS, according to the Director's Special Ruling, dated April 13, 2022, the ABC
Board has been authorized to now properly consider the Licensee's application for
renewal of said License for the 2021 -2022 Licensure Term, in the reasonable exercise of
the ABC Board's discretion, and subject to the Licensee complying with all of the
established legal requirements therefore; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the ABC Board of the Borough of
County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows:
That Plenary Retail Consumption Liquor License No. 1201 -33-
009-008 is hereby approved for renewal for the 2021 -2022
Licensure Term, as authorized pursuant to the N.J.S.A. 33: 1 -12.39
Special Ruling relief granted by the Director on April 13, 2022,
subject 'to the Licensee having met all of the other requisite
requirements therefore.
3. That two (2) certified copies of the within Resolution be forwarded
to the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control,
Licenses Bureau as may be required or provided for.
