AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA, ADDING
SECTION 728.1 TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE ES'.
TABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR PLOT PLAN
APPROVALS (9102)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. SECTION 728.1 is hereby added to the Munici-
pal Code to read as follows:
"FEE SCHEDULE FOR PLOT P141'NN APPROVALS.
(a) Filing fee for any plot plan approval: $10.00
(b) Revisions: No additional charge shall be made if
revisions can be made on the original plot plan by and with the con-
sent of the Temple City Planning Advisor.
(c) Re- submitted Plot Plans: In the event a plot plan
is withdrawn after filing and thereafter a revised plot plan submit-
ted by the applicant or the plot plan submitted is so unsatisfactory
that the plan is rejected and thereafter an amended plot plan filed
by the applicant an additional filing+ fee of $10.00 shall be paid."
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Temple City at a regular meeting thereof held this 14th day of May,
1962, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Dickason, Fitzjohn, Nunamaker, Tyrell
NOES: Councilmen- None
ABSENT: Councilmen- Merritt

adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on May 14,
