AN ORDINANCE AMENDING §8 -30
OF GREENCASTLE CITY CODE
SCHEDULE OF ON- STREET RESERVED
HAtNDICAPPED PARKING SPACES
BE IT ORDAINED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle,
Indiana, that §8 -30 of the Greencastle City Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
§8 -30. Schedule of On- Street Reserved Handicapped Parking Spaces
Schedule of On- Street Reserved Handicapped Parkins Spaces
Street Location of Reserved Parkins Spaces
Indiana Street Two (2) spaces located on the West side of the Street immediately South of the
crosswalk between Franklin Street and Washington Street.
Locust Street
One (1) space located 220 feet North of Hanna Street on the West side of Locust Street.
Madison Street
Entire East side of Madison Street between West Washington and Franklin Street.
Franklin Street
One (1) space located the most westerly on the South side of Franklin Street between
Market and Madison Streets.
Simpson Street
Two (2) spaces located 23 feet West of Locust Street on the North side of Simpson
®
Street.
Washington Street
One (1) space located 76 feet West of College Street on the North side of Washington
Street.
Walnut Street
One (1) space located 25 feet East of Indiana Street on the North Side of Walnut Street,
City Lot
Two (2) spaces in the City Parking Lot located at hte comer of Walnut and Vine
Streets.
Olive Street
One (1) space located 300 feet West of College Street on the North side of Olive Street.
College Street
One (1) space located 23 feet North of Larabee Street on the West side of College Street
Vine Street
One (1) space located nearest the Northwest comer of the Alamo Building, on the East
side of Vine Street. North of Poplar Street. (In front of former alley).
*Howard Street Two (2) spaces located nearest to the intersection of Howard Street and Crown Street, on
the South side of Howard Street, West of Crown Street.
THIS ORDINANCE was passed and adopted this Z1 - day of 1998.

* SYNOPSIS
This Ordinance provides for two (2) handicapped parking spaces located nearest to the
intersection of Howard Street and Crown Street, on the South side of Howard Street, West of
Crown Street. These spaces are near the Mount Zion Baptist Church.
