Resolution of the ABC Board, Carteret, NJ

APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF PLENARY RETAIL CONSUMPTION
LIQUOR LICENSE NO. 1201 -33- 043 -004 FOR THE 2021 -2022 LICENSE TERM
PURSUANT TO A SPECIAL RULING
EREAS, Pursuant to Resolution No. 02 -21 adopted by the ABC Board of the
)ugh of Carteret ( "ABC Board ") on June 25, 2021, Plenary Retail Consumption
:rise No. 1201 -33- 043 -004 ( "License ") held by the Carteret Redevelopment Agency,
formally renewed for the 2021 -2022 Licensure Term; and
HERE AS, the ABC Board was subsequently notified by the New Jersey Division of
coholic Beverage Control ( "Division") that a Special Ruling pursuant to the provisions
N.J.S.A. 33: 1 -12.39 was required for the renewal of the aforesaid License for the
21 -2022 Licensure Term; and
;AS, the Licensee, the Carteret Redevelopment Agency, filed the required
Petition with the Division for the requited Special Ruling pursuant to the
's of N.J.S.A. 33: 1- 12.39; and
(ERE, AS, according to the Director's Special Ruling, dated February 15, 2022, the
Board has been authorized to now properly consider the Licensee's application for
wal of said License for the 2021 -2022 Licensure Term, in the reasonable exercise of
ABC Board's discretion, and subject to the Licensee complying with all of the
blished legal requirements therefore; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the ABC Board of the Borough of
County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. That Plenary Retail Consumption Liquor License No. 1201 -33-
043 -004 is hereby approved for renewal for the 2021 -2022
Licensure Term, as authorized pursuant to the N.J.S.A. 33: 1 -12.39
Special Ruling relief granted by the Director on February 15, 2022,
subject to the Licensee (raving met all of the other requisite
requirements therefore.
3. That two (2) certified copies of the within Resolution be forwarded
to the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control,
Licenses Bureau as may be required or provided for.
