Rich Vannoy moved that the minutes of August 13, 1997 be approved with the
addendum noting that Sam Alocano was present at the meeting and made a
presentation concerning the quality of maintenance of the clubhouse and golf
course. Bill McMurray seconded the motion and it passed upon vote.
The members review the attached memo and four lists developed from the on
site review and how the prioritization would be accomplished before the next
meeting. The combined prioritization will be finalized at the next meeting.
The members discussed recommending a new committee member to replace Mr.
VanNoy who has indicated he will resign. The member will bring possible names
to the next meeting for consideration.
It is noted that the Chair had excused the Staff members from this meeting, thus
no staff reports.
The Chair adjourned the meeting at 7:53 p.m.
