THIS ADDENDUM is made and entered into this _7th day of December
2005, by and between Richmond, Indiana, a municipal corporation acting through its
Board of Sanitary Commissioners with its office at 50 North 5th Street, Richmond,
Indiana, (hereinafter referred to as "City"), and Cummins Electric, Inc., 3712 National
Road West, Richmond, Indiana 47374 (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor").
WHEREAS, City and Contractor entered into an Agreement numbered 59-2005;
and
WHEREAS, City wishes to retain Contractor to provide performance enhanced
fiber optic system. Due to the numerous splices in the system, these improvements will
boost the system's speed and provide for easier repair of the system. These services are
ancillary to those within the scope of Agreement number 59-2005; and
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants
herein contained, including the above stated recitals, City and Contractor hereby agree as
follows:
Contractor shall perform certain installation and/or repair services in
connection with the fiber optic upgrade throughout Richmond Sanitary
District Wastewater Treatment Plant. Such services shall be performed in
a manner consistent with the memo & proposal, which is hereby
incorporated by reference, made a part hereof and marked as Exhibit "A"
Contractor shall provide all electrical and professional services described
on Exhibit "A."
2. Contractor shall be paid a sum not to exceed Twelve Thousand Three
Hundred Eighty Dollars and Zero Cents ($12,380.00) for all services
described on Exhibit "A".
3. City and Contractor expressly agree that all other terms, conditions and
covenants contained in Contract number 59-2005, shall be applicable to
the work performed pursuant to this Addendum, unless such term,
condition or covenant conflicts with this Addendum, in which case this
Addendum shall be controlling.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties execute this Agreement effective the day and year
first above written, although signatures may be affixed at different times.
