A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, RE-AFFIRMING THE ADOPTION OF
THE FLOOD PROTECTION PROJECT TRINITY RIVER BASIN
BIG FOSSIL CREEK OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
MANUAL.
WHEREAS, the City of Richland Hills owns and maintains a levee system under the guidelines '
of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Richland Hills has adopted an Operation and Maintenance Manual (the
"Manual") dated May, 1968, providing for the maintenance and operation of the
storm water pump station and levee serving the city of Richland Hills; and
WHEREAS, the Operation and Maintenance Manual is on file in the offices of the Public Works
Department and open to inspection by the public during regular business hours;
and
WHEREAS, it has been determined it is in the best interest of the City of Richland Hills to re-
affirm the adoption of the Operation and Maintenance Manual;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City of Richland Hills hereby re-affirms its adoption of the Operation and Maintenance
Manual.

ayes, nays, and abstentions, on this the 12th day of February, 2008.
