AUTHORIZING BIDS FOR
A NEW WATERFRONT PARK BAND STAGE
WHEREAS, there is a need for a new Band Stage in Carteret's Waterfront Park; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to accept bids for said
project.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to
prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise for
receipt of bids based upon the same for a new Waterfront Park Band
Stage.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's QPA,
Purchasing Department, the Borough Director of Engineering and
CME Associates.
Adopted this 5'h day of May, 2022
and certified as a true copy of the
original on May 6, 2022.
