AUTHORIZING BIDS FOR
WATERFRONT ACCESS ROAD WIDENING PROJECT
WHEREAS, there is a need for work to be done to widen the waterfront access road; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to accept bids for said
project.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to
prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise for
receipt of bids based upon the same for the Waterfront Access Road
Widening Project.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's QPA,
Purchasing Department, the Borough Director of Engineering and
CME Associates.
Adopted this 5" day of May, 2022
and certified as a true copy of the
original on May 6, 2022.
