Absent James. Motion by Nielsen second by Van Heiden to approve minutes of the December regular meeting and the December 16th special meeting. All ayes, carried. Motion by Meints second by Lindaman to approve the treasurer’s report for December. All ayes, carried. Motion by Lindaman second by Van Heiden to approve the following bills for payment. All ayes, carried. Julie Stratton, Library Director and Greg Riebkes, Library Board Member presented the library Report. Kathy Lambert, USDA presented information regarding the application process for ECWAG grant funding. The funds will be used for the water project. Motion by Nielsen second by Lindaman to approve Resolution 01-2005 a resolution agreeing to apply for financial assistance with the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Development to finance construction of a water system to be connected to a rural water system. Roll call of votes. All ayes, carried. Discussion on wages for FY 2006. Setting of wages tabled until the February meeting. Motion to adjourn Lindaman second by Meints.
