A RESOLUTION APPROVING OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT TO THE CASA TEQUILA
AUTHENTIC MEXICAN GRILL DOING BUSINESS AT 119 W. MARENGO RD. WITHIN
THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA.
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has reviewed and will determine the
granting of the Alcohol Permit requested by the Casa Tequila Authentic Mexican Grill located
with the corporate city limits of Tiffin, Iowa.
Whereas, the City Council has not discovered any reason to deny the renewal of the Alcohol
Permit for Casa Tequila Authentic Mexican Grill, therefore City Council directs the City Clerk
to submit for local authority, approval of permit to the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages
Division.
WHEREUPON, On the 13th day of June 2012, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council,
Tiffin, Iowa. Councilperson Ball introduced Resolution 2012 -28 and made a motion for A
RESOLUTION APPROVING OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT TO THE CASA TEQUILA
AUTHENTIC MEXICAN GRILL DOING BUSINESS AT 119 W. MARENGO RD. WITHIN
THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA. Motion seconded by Council person Weipert.
Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Weipert, Ball
Nays: None
Absent: Ryan
With four votes of approval, Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION 2012 -28
APPROVING OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT TO THE CASA TEQUILA AUTHENTIC
MEXICAN GRILL DOING BUSINESS AT 119 W. MARENGO RD. WITHIN THE CITY
LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA, by adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his
signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 13th day of June 2012 and approved by the Mayor.
