AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD REGARDING
ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL AND KENDALL
COUNTIES, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS:
That Chapter 4, Article 11, Section 4-22 (a) of the Code of Ordinances is
hereby amended as follows:
Class C: The number of licenses is changed from 6 to 5.
Class F: The number of licenses is changed from 14 to 15.
Class K: The number of licenses is changed from 14 to 15.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval, and publication in pamphlet form as required by law.
This Ordinance shall be numbered as Ordinance No. 3064.
