NO. 4 -70.
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM,
PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR
APPOINTMENT TO FILL THE VACANCY IN MEMBER-
SHIP OF THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists in the Membership of the Town
of Gulf Stream Commission, due to the recent resignation of
Mr. Stewart B. Iglehart; and
WHEREAS, the Charter for the Town of Gulf Stream provides
for said vacancy to be filled within thirty days of its origin:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE TOWN COMMISSION OF
THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM, FLORIDA, in session assembled June
127 1970, that GEORGE W. WALKER
is hereby appointed as a Member of the Town Commission of the
TOWN OF GULF STREAM, FLORIDA, to fill the unexpired term of
said Mr. Iglehart.
PASSED and ADOPTED on this 12th day of June, 1970.
