MINUTES
MAY 14, 1996

Minutes: Jeff made a motion to approve the minutes of the April meeting. Max 2nd the
motion and it carried unanimously.
New Business: There was no new business to discuss.
Old Business: Toumament Approval from Council:
Carl reported that the City Council had approved the Micron Tournament the
Ladies Pro -Am and for a one time deal the Media Day Event.
Building Rental Agreement:
Mary informed the Comtittee that the rental policy was tabled until this fall.
Air Conditioning Status:
Mike told the Committee that he was pursuing some bids and that there was
only one company in this area with a Public Works License.
Staff Report:
Mike Combs
Mike informed the Committee that the bids were in for the equipment and
that he was able to get four pieces of equipment for the figure budgeted. The
Committee was pleased to here that. Mike asked if they could make a motion to City
Council for their approval on this.
• Max made a motion to recommend to City Council to support buying the four
pieces of equipment as long as it meets the budgeted expenditure. Jeff 2nd
the motion and it carried unanimously.
Mary Clemmer
Mary said, that Mike was pursuing a beverage cart for her to use on the
course this year.
Carl Hoss
Carl had nothing more to add.
Jeannie had a couple of questions for Mike.
1) Approximate start time of the Entry Project: Mike said, that it would
be two to three weeks and that it had to coordinated with the
irrigation crew.
2) If any Cart Traffic signs would be going out: Mike said, that they have
been ordered and should be here in a couple of weeks.
3) If there was a plan to put some plantings in the flower bed that is
next to the putting green and #3 Birch Tee box: Mike said, that he
would check with Norma about that.
