Dear Custodian of Records,
Thank you for responding to my record request. I have forwarded your response back to you and
I have also attached a PDF of your response with your production of two records for your
reference.
Please note that I asked for:
Any bankstatement, deposit slip, journal entry or bank ledger that indicates the date a deposit of
funds in the amount of $95.79 was made into any Town account from check # 0966, draw from
the account of William HThrasher and Phyllis V. Thrasher.
You provided two records, a Daily Cash Report and a Post Report only. Please provide the
additional records requested. Specifically a third party bank statement which indicates the date a
deposit of funds was made.
