A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, APPROVING LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
PROJECT ADVANCE FUNDING AGREEMENTS WITH TXDOT FOR
SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL PROJECTS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNICL OF
THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager of the City of Richland Hills, Texas, is hereby
authorized to execute, on behalf of the City Council of the City of Richland Hills,
Texas, a resolution approving local transportation project advance funding
agreements with TXDOT for safe routes to school projects for Jack C. Binion
Elementary, Richland Middle and Richland Elementary Schools.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
RESOLVED THIS the 9th day of November, 2010.
