2^ REQUESTING PARTY: any party who suffers a fire and/or
disaster within the boundaries of its corporate poiiticai
Limits, and such fire and/or disaster requires more equip-
ment and/or manpower than the said party can provide itseif /
and said party requests of another party to this agreement-
to furnish , Loan and dispatch personnei to aid said party^
II ^
Whenever a party to this agreement suffers a fire and/or
disaster requiring more equipment and manpower than the suffering
party can provide for itseif , each of the other parties to this agree-
ment at the request of the one so suffering a fire and/or disaster
agrees to furnish , Loan and dispatch equipment and personnei subject
to what the Chief of the responding Fire Department or the one actu-
aiiy in charge determines can be spared at the time of receiving the
request for assistance,

The responding party to a caii for assistance shaii to the

tion specified by the requesting party.
