RESOLUTION NO. 408-13
TERMINATING AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHWEST SECURITIES, INC AS FINANCIAL
ADVISOR TO CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Richland Hills appointed Southwest
Securities, Inc as the City's financial advisory firm by action of the City Council on
February 13, 1996; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Richland Hills desires to terminate the City's
relationship with Southwest Securities and select another firm to serve as the City's
financial advisor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHLAND HILLS THAT:
Section 1. Southwest Securities, Inc., has been notified of the City Council's intent to
seek another firm to provide financial advisory services.
Section 2. The City Council of the City of Richland Hills hereby terminates its financial
services agreement with Southwest Securities, Inc.
