RESOLUTION N0.409-13
APPOINTING FIRST SOUTHWEST COMPANY AS FINANCIAL ADVISOR TO CITY
OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Richland Hills desires to obtain professional
financial advisory services; and
WHEREAS, First Southwest Company is willing to provide its professional services and
its facilities as financial advisor in connection with all programs of financing that may be
considered and authorized by the City of Richland Hills; and
WHEREAS, First Southwest Company has submitted to the City of Richland Hills a
Financial Advisory Agreement to provide such professional services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHLAND HILLS THAT:
Section 1. The Financial Services Agreement submitted by First Southwest Company
to the City of Richland Hills has been determined by the City Council to meet the financial
advisory service needs of the City, and City Council wishes to appoint First Southwest as
its Financial Advisor.
Section 2. The City Council of the City of Richland Hills accepts the Financial Services
Agreement attached hereto and authorizes the Mayor to execute the agreement.
