REQUIRING COMPLIANCE WITH RULES AND
REGULATIONS OF THE UNITED STATES
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the City of
McCall, Idaho, as follows:
That the City shall comply with the User Charge System,
Industrial Cost Recovery, Sewer Use Ordinance and Operation and
Maintenance requirements of the United States Environmental
Protection Agency in order that the Payette Lakes Water &
t Sewer District District may receive funds therefrom for the
improvement and enlargement of the sewage treatment system of
the City of McCall, for the use and benefit of the City and
the Payette Lakes Water & Sewer District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that - the proposed Third Amendment
to Cooperative Agreement dated August 6, 1979, between the City
of McCall and the Payette Lakes Water & Sewer District, Valley
County, Idaho, be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor
and Clerk are specifically authorized and directed to execute the
same.
