MUNICIPAL BUDGET
Municipal Budget of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex for the Fiscal Year
2002
BE IT RESOLVED, that the following statements of revenues and appropriations shall
constitute the Municipal Budget for the Year 2002;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Budget be published in the Home News
Tribune, in the issue of February 20, 2002
The governing body of the Borough of Carteret does hereby approve the following as the
Budget for the Year 2002:
General Appropriations
Appropriations Within "CAPS"
Municipal Purposes
Appropriations Excluded fi'om "CAPS"
Municipal Purposes
Reserve for Uncollected Taxes Based on
Estimated 97.24 Percent of Tax Collections

Notice is hereby given that the Budget and Tax Resolution was approved by the
Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, on February 7"', 2002.
A hearing on the Budget and Tax Resolution will be held at the Municipal Court, Police
Facility on March 7~h, 2002 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. at which tiine and place objections to
said Budget and Tax Resolution for the Year 2002 may be presented by taxpayers or other
interested persons.
Adopted this 7th day of February, 2002
and certified as a true copy of the
original on February 8th, 2002.
