ORDER TO APPROVE THE BORROWING OF FUNDS TO PAY COSTS
OF DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS EQUIPMENT —
SWAP LOADER TRASH COMPACTOR VEHICLE
ORDERED: That the sum of $200,000 is appropriated to pay costs of purchasing
a swap loader trash compactor vehicle for the Department of Public Works,
including all costs incidental and related thereto; and that to meet this
appropriation, the Treasurer, with the approval of the City Manager, is authorized
to borrow said amount under and pursuant to M.G.L. c.44, §7(1), or pursuant to
any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the City therefor.
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED: That a copy of said Order be forwarded to the City
Auditor and City Treasurer/Collecto
