RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF A TRAILER PARK
LICENSE FOR THE 2022 -2023 TERM TO CARTE RET MOBILE PARK
WHEREAS, the owners of Carteret Mobile Park have made an application to renew their
Trailer Park License for the 2022 -2023 License Term and have paid the proper fees
therefore; and
WHEREAS, the applicants Have agreed to comply with all provisions and regulations
now or hereafter promulgated; and
WHEREAS, Carteret Mobile Park, located at 1501 Roosevelt Avenue has been
inspected and approved for renewal by the duly authorized representatives of the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that a Trailer Park License Renewal for the 2022-
2023 License Temr to Carteret Mobile Park has been approved, effective July 1, 2022
and to expire June 30, 2023.
Adopted this 7d' day of July, 2022
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 8, 2022.
