RICHLAND HILLS
CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 433-14, the Board of Directors of the Richland Hills
Crime Control and Prevention District ordered a referendum on continuation of the district by
majority vote; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to approve a Joint Election Agreement and Contract for
Election Services with Tarrant County, Texas and to amend Resolution No. 433-14 to provide for
additional polling places.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE RICHLAND HILLS CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT:
SECTION 1.
That section 3 of Resolution No. 433-14 is amended to read as follows:
"The location of the polling places for the joint election shall be as follows:
Precincts at Site Election Da~Polling Location
3164, 3406, 4620 Richland Hills Community Center
3204 Diana Drive
Richland Hills, TX 76118
3325 Baker Boulevard Church of Christ
7139 Baker Boulevard
Richland Hills, TX. 76118
3131 Richland Middle School
7400 Hovenkamp Avenue
Richland Hills, TX. 76118
1199 The Potter's House Youth Center
1238 Woodhaven Boulevard
Forth Worth, TX. 76112
Other polling places may be provided as provided in the Contract. The polls shall be open
from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 4, 2014, in accordance with and pursuant to
the requirements of the Texas Election Code.
The District shall constitute a single election precinct for said election."
SECTION 2.
That the Joint Election Agreement and Contract for Election Services with Tarrant
County, Texas, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall be effective upon its adoption.
IT IS SO RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
RICHLAND HILLS CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT ON THE 7tn
DAY OF OCTOBER, 2014.
