A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, CASTING THE CITY OF RICHLAND
HILLS' FIVE (5) ALLOTTED VOTE5 FOR CANDIDATE MARK WOOD
TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE TARRANT COUNTY
APPRAISAL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Texas Property Tax Code requires the creation of a tax appraisal district
in each county in the State of Texas; and
WHEREAS, the Texas Property Tax Code provides for the election of directors to the
Tarrant County Appraisal District Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to elect candidates as directors of the Tarrant County
Appraisal District Board for atwo-year term commencing on January 1, 2016; and
WHEREAS, the City of Richland Hills is allotted five (5) votes to cast for election of
candidates as directors of the Tarrant County Appraisal District Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
The City of Richland Hills' five (5) allotted votes be and are hereby cast for candidate
Mark Wood for director of the Tarrant County Appraisal District.
SECTION 2.
A copy of the Official Ballot is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and
purposes.
PRESENTED AND PASSED on this the 1St day of December 2015, by a vote of 5 ayes,
and 0 nays, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Richland Hills, Texas.

We, the governing body of City of Richland Hills having been advised by the Chief Appraiser of Tarrant
Appraisal District that we are entitled to cast 5 votes collectively or separately for the following nominees for
the Board of Tarrant Appraisal District:
Mr. ]ohnn Bennett
Ms. Karina Davis
Mr. John Eubanks Mr. Eubanks has notified TAD that he withdraws his name from
consideration for reelection to TAD's Board of Directors.
Mr. Don Funderlic
Mr. John Marshall Mr. Marshall has notified TAD that he withdraws his name from
consideration for election to TAD's Board of Directors.

Mr. Michael O'Donnell

do hereby resolve and order that City of Richland Hills cast and does hereby cast its votes as follows:
