ORDINANCE NO. 62 -91
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY AMENDING SECTION 3600,OF THE
TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE WITH RE-
FERENCE TO "POUND" SERVICES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 3601 of the Municipal Code is amended
by adding sub - sections 3, 4, and 5 as follows:
"3. "County Pound Department" shall mean the San Gabriel
Valley Humane Society.
!. "County Poundmaster" shall mean the San Gabriel Valley
Humane Society.
5. "County Clerk" shall mean the San Gabriel Valley Hum-
ane Society."
SECTION 2. Section 3602 is hereby added to the Municipal
Code as follows:
"3602. Nothing in Sections 3600 and 3601 withstanding,the
specific provosions of any contract between the City of Temple City
and the San Gabriel Valley Humane Society shall control over the said
Ordinance No. 4729 in relation to the right, duties, and obligations
between the said parties."
