He pointed out key information that the Board needed to consider before making a recommendation for the tax levy to the Village of Plainfield Board. After some discussion there was a motion by Trustee Fisher to adopt the recommended tax levy from the curr ent actuarial report in the amount of $853,411.00. The motion was seconded by Pres. J. Co ok. Roll call vote taken: J. Cook-yes, R. Meszaros-yes, S. Cousins-yes, M. Fisher-yes. Mot ion carried. Attorney LaBardi of Reimer & Karlson LLC will prepare the letter to the Village Board with the recommended tax levy and send a comparison of Lauterbach&Amen report and the actuarial report from Mr. Tim Sharp for the Village Board.

Trustee Co usins made a motion to authorize Lauterbach & Amen, LLC to prepare and file this repor t with the authorize signers on the Certification Form. Seconded by Sec. Meszaros. Ro ll call vote: J. Cook-yes, R. Meszaros-yes, S. Cousins-yes, M. Fisher-yes. Motion carried. Mr. Schroeder will notify Amy Marsico that she can prepare and file this report. Lauterbach and Amen, LLC prepared the Annual Statemen t to Illinois Department of Insurance in our behalf. A motion was made by Trust ee Cousins and seconded by Trustee Fisher. After a series of questions and a correctio n of James Caliendo’s status on the report a roll call vote was taken. J. Cook-yes, R. Meszar os-yes, S. Cousins-yes, M. Fisher-yes. Motion carried. The report will be filed by October 31, 2013.
