Request completed on July 29, 2013 in the amount of $82,060.06. A motion was made by Sec. Meszaros to accept the requ est, seconded by Trustee Cousins. Roll call vote: J.Cook-yes, R. Meszaros-yes, S. Sec. Meszaros commented that the current computer is old a nd slow and needs to be updated and that the current printer was his and the office can use a new printer with fax/scanning features. Sec. Meszaros will contact Rick Kaczanko at the Village Hall and ask him to

The Board discussed a price not to exceed $2500. Sec. Meszaros motioned that we contac t Rick Kaczanko and purchase a computer and printer/fax/scanner. Seconded by Trus tee Cousins. Roll call vote: J.Cook-yes, R. Meszaros-yes, S. Cousins-yes, M.Fisher-yes, A. Grod-yes. Motion carried. Tom Sawyer and John Falduto presented the Investment Performance Report for the 3 rd Quarter 2013. After some discussion a motion was made by Trustee Grod to approve the Investment Performance Report as presented. Motion seconded by Trustee Fisher. Roll Call vote taken: J. Cook-yes, R. Meszaros-yes, S. Cousins-yes, M. Fisher-yes, A. Grod-yes. Motion carried. The 2014 meeting schedule was presented for approval. Motion made by Pres. Cook and seconded by Trustee Grod. Voice vote taken. Motio n carried. Officers Cook and Meszaros have completed their annua l training at the most recent IPPFA Conference held this month. Trustees Fisher and Grod are currently in certificat ion classes. The Board reviewed and had no changes to the Rules and Regulations back in April 2013. No review necessary for Investment Advisors. No other information avail able. We will review the minutes of all closed meetings at the January 9, 2014 meeting.
