oath, states or affirms that he is the Chief Fi-
nancial Officer of the newspaper(s) known as
South Crow River News
and has full knowledge of the facts which are
stated below.

the requirements constituting qualification

Minn. Stat. § 331 A.02, § 331 A.07, and

ina has adopted Or inance No.
466, an ordinance re ated to per-
mitted signs in the public/semi-
public and residentia zoning dis-
tricts. The ordinance adds pylon
signs to the list of sig s allowed in
these districts. The o .inance es-
tablishes maximum si. n area and
height regulations for pylon signs
in these districts as ell. Addi-
tionally, the ordinanc: deletes re-
quirements for minim m font size
on signs visible fro the road.
Minimum font size r:quirements
will still apply to dyna is sign dis-
plays.
