AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY
AMENDING THE TRAFFIC SCHEDULES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Schedule R (Reserved Parking Areas) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson is amended as follows:
The following locations are designated as reserved parking areas for the following purposes:
(a) Generally. No driver of a vehicle shall park such vehicle at any point on the following
roadways except for the purposes hereinafter authorized :
2) COLE COUNTY JUVENILE OFFICE
Monroe Street: on the east half thereof, south and within forty feet of the south line of
Commercial Avenue Way and on the west half thereof, the first marked space south of
Commercial Way provided that the Cole County Juvenile Office, while engaged in the
perfonnance of their duties, may park a vehicle within such area. (Ord. No 14044, § 1, 5-15-2006;

Section ~· This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and pproval.
