AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, (MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC), SCHEDULE (V) (DISABLED PARKING
SPACES), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY THE ADDITION OF A
DISABLED PARKING SPACE ON A PORTION OF THE 800 BLOCK OF MULBERRY
STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule (V), (Disabled
Parking Spaces), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by
the addition of a disabled parking space on a portion of the 800 block of Mulberry
Street, to read as follows:
Mulberry Street (800 Block): on the east side thereof, between points being 120 and 145 feet
south of the south curb line of Ashley Street.
Section .f. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
