Present were: Mayor Collins, Trustee Bonuchi, Trustee Fay, Trustee Lamb, Trustee Racich, and Trustee Rippy. Board absent: Trustee Peck. Others present: Brian Murphy, Administrator; Allen Persons, Public Works Director; Michael Garrigan, Planning Supervisor; Dean Marq uez, Building Supervisor. Trustee Fay moved to approve the Minutes of the Committee of the Whole Workshop held on December 9, 2013. Seconded by Trustee Rippy . Voice Vote. All in favor, 0 Opposed. PRESIDENTIAL COMMENTS None TRUSTEES COMMENTS None PUBLIC COMMENT S None WORKSHOP MEETING #1 MOBILE TOUR Mr. Garrigan gave a brief presentation regarding design guidelines and stated that staff scheduled a mobile tour for the Village Board to get some ideas and direction regarding design. The staff and the Village Boa rd proceeded on the mobile tour. The Village Board arrived at the following destinations, present roll call stands: - 10:00 a.m. – Streams Subdivision – 16310 Sand Creek Lane - 10:45 a.m. – Dayfield Subdivision – 25135 Thornberry Lane - 11:30 a.m. – Ashwood Poi nte Subdivision – 3607 Birch Lane, Naperville The Village Board then proceeded back to the Village Hall and arrived at 12:50 p.m. Present roll call stands. Administrator Murphy stated that the staff will take the Board’s comments regarding design into consideration and bring back concepts for Design Guidelines at a future Committee of the Whole Workshop. Mayor Collins thanked the staff for the presentation and read the reminders. Trustee Lamb moved to adjourn. Seconded by Trustee Bonuchi . Voice Vot e. All in favor, 0 Opposed.
