RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF AMUSEMENT
GAMES DISTRIBUTORS'S LICENSE FOR THE YEAR 2002
WHEREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret for an AMUSEMENT GAMES DISTRIBUTOR'S
LICENSE for the Year 2002 by the following:
1. Vaness Vending Inc.
635 Chancellor Avenue
Irvington, NJ 07111
2. Absolute Vending &
Amusement
127 Henry Street
Somerset, NJ 08873
WHEREAS, said application has been investigated by the Carteret Police
Department in compliance with the Borough Ordinance Regulating and
Licensing Amusement Games and said Police Department recommends that a
License for the current year be issued to the applicants listed above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and
is hereby authorized and directed to issue an AMUSEMENT GAMES
DISTRIBUTOR'S LICENSE for the Year 2002 to the applicants hereby
approved, upon receipt of the proper fee.
Adopted this 7~ day of February, 2002 and
certified as a true copy of the original on
February 8th, 2002.
