RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF 2002
AMUSEMENT DEVICE LICENSES
WHEREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret for AMUSEMENT DEVICE LICENSE(S) for the
YEAR 2002 by the following:
1. Charlie's Pub
2. Chateau Madrid
3. Dixie's Tavern
4. Simon's Nite Club
5. Such's Bar & Grill
6. T.J. Glass Bar

8 Holly Street
558 Roosevelt Avenue

WHEREAS, said applications have been investigated by the Carteret Police
Department, in compliance with the Borough Ordinance Regulating and
Licensing Amusement Devices and said Police Department recommends that
a License for the YEAR 2002 be issued to the applicants listed above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be
and is hereby authorized and directed to issue an AMUSEMENT DEVICE
LICENSE for the YEAR 2002 to the applicants hereby approved, upon
receipt of the proper fee.
Adopted this 7th day of February, 2002
and certified as a true copy of the
original on February 8th, 2002.
