Shoe Company., a corporation 'orginized and existing under the laws
of the State of Delaware, wit'-- its principal office in the "ity
Of St Louis., State of 14issouri, conveying certain lots to the
City �f Jefferson, Mlssouri., as hereinafter described.

ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOTTRIT) AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Warranty Feed from the International
Shce Company, a corporr,tion, organized and existing under the
laws of the State of Delaware with its prinlipal office in the
City of St. Louis, State of Missouri l conveying to said City of
Jefferson, the following described reaestate, to-wit:
Lot T, o. 3 in `'lock Vo. 24 of Renn Addition
to the city of Jefferson., Missourip
be and is hereby accepted.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
