All ORDINANCE, of the City of Jefferson.. Mlssouri , v acating and dis
contin}jing as a public thoroughfare , all that part o% the 50 foot
Street lying between lots 24, 25, and 26 Block 2, of Winston Height
ubdivision,_and authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of
Jefferson, N ssouri, to execute all necessary instruments to the
owners of the adjacent lots to and for said s treet so vacated, as
the parties entitled thereto, as shown by the record title to said
adjacent and abutting property and declaring a reverter to the
respective owners o:' said real estate.
WHEREAS: It has been shown to the Gity Cc�.:ncil of the City of
Jefferson, PJIssouri, that the oviners on the 50 foot street lying
between lots 24, 25, and 26 Block 2 of Winston Heights Subdivision
have bead, improved and occupied snd are now using and occupying
saidabutting and adjacent land so that said portion of said street
has ceased to be of any ise or benefit as a public thoroughfare and
that it would not inconvenience the public or the citizens of the
City of Jefferson, Mlssouri, to discontinue and vacate said street
as a public thorooughfare, therefore;
BE IT ORDAINED 13Y THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFER ON, 1,I SS OiTRI,
AS FOLLOWS;
SECTIO?' 1. It is hereby declared bhat the City Council of the City
of Jefferson, Rri-ssouri, deems it necessary and exp dient to vacate
and discontinue all that part of the 50 f iot street 1y.,.ing between
lots 24, 25, and 26 Block 2 Winston Heights Subd vision. All the
owners of the property and adjacent lots abutting on and adjacent
to said street having petitioned the said City Council to vacate
and discontinue said street as a part of the .public thoroughfare of
said City, and said street is forever and discontinued as a public
thoroughfare and the power and right of rreversion of said s treat
to the adjacent and abutting pwners as is provided by the Statutes
of the State of N , ssouri, is hereby fully cm,firmed and approved,
and the Mayor of this City is hereby authori.xed and directed to
execute and deliver all proper and sufficient writing, or instru-
ments for, on behalf of, or in the name of the City to fully and
completly establish and guarantee to the adjacent and abutting
property owners their legal rights in connection with the above
vacation.
SECTIOIJ 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances contrary to in
conflict with or inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinalce
are hereby rwpealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

CITY OF JEFFERSOI , MISSOURI, ARID RECLASSIFYING INLOTS 783,784,785
and 786 FROM DISTRICT "I3" TO DISTRICT "F".
WHEREAS, E. R. "obertson, Elsie M. hobertson, Jack J rdan,
and Frances Jean J"rdan have filed a petition withtthe �i£y Counc 1
of the City of Jefferson, Mlssouri , requesting that the Council ame d,
change, and reclassify the :)resent zoning o" I"lot 786, of the city
of Jefferson, and rezone said real estate for District "B" to
