A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHLAND HILLS CASTING ITS ALLOCATED VOTES IN THE
ELECTION OF THE TARRANT APPRAISAL DISTRICT BOARD
OF DIRECTORS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City of Richland Hills has been advised by the Chief Appraiser of the Tarrant
Appraisal District that it is entitled to cast five (5) votes for nominees for the Tarrant Appraisal
District Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, those five votes may be cast for one or more nominees appearing on the official
ballot provided by the Tarrant Appraisal District.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby cast its votes as follows:
Vote 1: Richard W. DeOtte
Vote 2: Richard W. DeOtte
Vote 3: Richard W. DeOtte
Vote 4: Richard W. DeOtte
Vote 5: Richard W. DeOtte
SECTION 2. The City Secretary is hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution
to the Chief Appraiser, Tarrant Appraisal District, Fort Worth, Texas.
PRESENTED AND PASSED on this the 9~' day of December 2019, by a vote of J ayes and
O nays at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Richland Hills, Texas
