CREATING A HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE
FOR 59 LOCUST STRE ET
WHEREAS, Terri Momperousse of 59 Locust Street has requested a Handicapped
Parking Space; and
WHEREAS, this individual has met the requirements of the Traffic Safety Bureau for
said parking space; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has inspected said location and has no objection to
the approval of said Handicapped Parking Space; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HE, RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that the following Handicapped Parking Space shall
be designated:
59 LOCUST STREET
Adopted this 8" day of September, 2022
and certified as a true copy of the
original on September 9, 2022.
