RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PERSON -TO -PERSON
TRANSFER OF A.B:C, LICENSE NO. 1201-33-029-012

TO: SANTINI SEAFOOD & STEAK HOUSE INC.
WIMREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret,
County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, by Maria F. Margarido for a Person -to -Person
Transfer of ABC License #1201-33-029-012 from Maria F. Margarido present holder of same and
said licensee has consented to assign their rights to said license to the aforesaid applicant, Santini
Seafood & Steak House, Inc.; and
REAS, according to law, the application for transfer was duly advertised in the Home
