Supt. Denham presented the same documents he had shown to the
members of the City Council three weeks prior. This item will be on the
next agenda for further discussion.
2) Revenue Projections for Addition
Mr. Hoss showed some figures he put together. (attached) The committee
feels there is more research to be done on this. Supt. Denham feels that
these projections and his long range plans go hand in hand. Both of these
issues will be studied further and presented at future meetings.
Other Business:
1) Pass Refund Request - Ced Kelly
**** The committee read the letter from Mr. Kelly dated Feb. 20, 1995. After

Dear Chairman Whitman and Board Members:
The Ladies Association has agreed to donate money to be used to replace outdoor
chairs for the McCall Golf Clubhouse. As I understand, the Men's Association will donate
matching funds. This combined amount should supply approximately 50 new resin chairs.
My ladies have asked that I let you and the City of McCall know that these are the last
dollars that will be donated for chairs. We donated the first time for outdoor furniture. We
want to support our Clubhouse as much as possible but some of our members are asking "when
will the City start taking care of replacement costs?". I'm sure you will pass these thoughts on
to the City Council.
I will keep you informed of any developments and/or changes in this matter.
Thank you.

Esteemed Council Members,
My Wife and I Located in this fair city on May 29,1994.
I think that the first businss transaction was to purchase
a season pass for privalages 'Pt T eCall Golf Course. After
several weeks of strenuous moving chores, I seen found
that a painful knee And hip dictated that golf was not in
the picture just yet. I did use the facilities one time
in late October.
After considerable rehabilitation, I an ready to seek my
golfing Pleasures again this season. My arithmatic tolls
me that $315.00 is a let of money for one round of golf.
With that in mind, would your august body consider a
lesser amount for this seasons pleasure.
Awaiting your rapid reply( the season is soon to be upon ud
