AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TAXICAB
OWNER'S LICENSE TO ADALBERTO VISCIGLIA
FOR THE 2022-2023 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, an application has been filed and the proper fees paid for a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2022-2023 License Term by Adalberto Viscigtia, for the
2022/2023 License Term. Trading as
EXPRESS TAXI, LLC.
WHEREAS, the qualifications of the applicants have been investigated by the Carteret
Police Department and said department recommends that a Taxicab Owner's License for
the 2022-2023 License Term be granted to the applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby authorized
and directed to issue Adalberto Visciglia a Taxicab Owner's License for the 2022-2023
License Term.
Adopted this 61^ day of October, 2022
and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 6, 2022.
