BUSINESS
1. To consider annexation to the City of some or all of the areas located in the North %
of Section 18, Township 18 North, Range 3 East, Boise Meridian, Valley County,
Idaho, including Blue Jay Subdivision and other nearby properties pursuant to IC
50-222.

The Council will take public testimony and consider the following matters:
2. To consider a recommendation from the City of McCall Planning & Zoning
Commission regarding the appropriate zoning district classification of various
properties located in the North 1/2 of Section 18, Township 18 North, Range 3 East,
Boise Meridian, Valley County, Idaho, including Blue Jay Subdivision and other
nearby properties in connection with the annexation to the City of some or all of
these areas, pursuant to MCC 3-34-050.
3. Pursuant to MCC 3-31-010, et.seq., and MCC 3-6-030(F), to consider application
CUP -99-2, an application by the City of McCall for a Conditional Use Permit to
construct and operate a Public Service Facility on 160 acres located West of
Wisdom Road (291 Wisdom Road), within the area described above. The City of
McCall wishes to construct and operate a treated effluent storage facility that would
store up to approximately 360 million gallons of treated effluent. The effluent would
be stored during the winter months, and then delivered to contracting farmers
through the J -Ditch Pipeline during the irrigation season.
