ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE 2013-
2014 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY RECLASSIFYING A
POSITION WITHIN THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The 2013 -2014 Budget of the City of Jefferson, Missouri is hereby
amended by changing the personnel schedule by the reclassification of a position within
the Public Works Department, as outlined in Section 2 of this ordinance.
Section 2. Within the Public Works Department, the position of Parking Attendant,
Pay Range 5 ($23,480 - $35,220) is hereby reclassified into three ranges to include, Parking
Maintenance Worker Trainee, Pay Range 7 ($25,887 - $38,830); Parking Maintenance
Worker, Pay Range 8 ($27,181- $40,772); or Senior Parking Maintenance Worker, Pay
Range 9 ($28,540- $42,811) in the 2013 -2014 personnel schedule. It will also reclassify the
Parking Enforcement Officer, Pay Range 8 ($27,181 - $40,772) into two ranges to include
the current range and also a Senior Parking Enforcement Officer, Pay Range 9 ($28,540-
$42,811) in the 2013 -2014 personnel schedule.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effective on November 1, 2013.
